Subscription Specific Terms and Conditions
AMENDMENT OF TERMS
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Luncher.com.au’s rights and obligations to each other.
You are considered to have “signed up” to Luncher when we receive your information after complete the sign up form at https://www.luncher.com.au/getting-started/ and click “submit”
Luncher recipes are all free from nuts however meals are prepared in a kitchen that may use nuts and as such no guarantee can be made regarding the absence of traces of nuts in any luncher product. Luncher offers vegetarian (“Herbivore”) options which exclude fish and meat, in addition to our standard (“Omnivore”) product. We advise that customers concerned about dietary requirements to contact us and discuss their specific situation. Importantly, no guarantees can be made as to the absence of traces of specific allergens.
For those with food allergies or concerns we hope to launch a hypo allergenic option soon and we hope you will bare with us until this time. Please email us to sign up for notifications for this”
Luncher bills between the 27th and 31st of each month for all school days falling in the following month (henceforth “payment period”). (EG between March 27th and 31st you will be billed for all school days falling during the month of April)
You can cancel your subscription at any time and either choose to continue receiving meals until the end of the current payment period, or cease receiving meals after 5 school days from the date of cancellation and receive a refund for any outstanding days in the current payment period.
In the event that you are unable to pay your Luncher bill but wish to continue your service, please contact email@example.com while we cannot guarantee any arrangements, we will make every effort possible to assist you.
Luncher is passionate about young people and places their safety at the heart of all we do. While every effort is made to publish all relevant meal information, you agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the product is suitable for your child or the child for whom you pay. Luncher recommends that anyone consuming our lunches who may have difficulty with consumption (for example, due to age or ability) be supervised while consuming our products.
